IMHO, Michelin is expensive for what you get. Pireli isn't as good performers as they used to be. Goodyear ... well, the best I can say is that at least they're not Firestone or General.
My vote for value goes to Kumho HP4 716's for an all-around basic performance tire. Or if comfort or longevity is more your key, Yokohama Avid Touring.
195/60/15 is proper for a sedan.
Read up on Tirerack for more reviews, and putting emphasis on tires that can offer what you will need most - wet traction! What good is super-duper long wear if there's no traction to it?
