the wipers are attached to a rod that comes directly out of the motor. undo the 8 or 10 mm nut (cant remember size) that connects the wipers to the rod and slide off the hose for the sprayers to remove the wipers. Then open the hood take off the cover over the grill, remove the grill and then remove both headlights.(you will also have to remove the turn signals to find two hidden bolts that hold in the headlights) the motors are attached to the headlights with an ugly bracket and 2 screws, while you have the headlights out you should also take off the stops for the wipers too as they will not be necessary anymore. Removing the headlight wipers will not set off any lights in the car(it doesn't care). You will then have to take out the extra sprayer hoses and plug the main hose for the windshield wiper sprayers directly into pump as there was a "T" fitting there originally. then you can put everything back together again. I did this on my car in about an hour outside in very cold weather, my hands were numb when I was done, but it was worth it. As for the two holes left in the bumper I went to the local home improvement store and looked through their plugs. I found 2 black square plastic plugs (I have a black 960 so no painting necessary) that friction fit into square tubing that worked perfectly, I had to do a little filing to make the hole just right, but they fit very tight and will not come out. anymore questions email me
