Should I lower the front? 200

The car is high because it wasn't intended to be a performance automobile. But it's not unwise to make suspension upgrades for better (safer) handling. Just do it right. There are many good products offered to help achieve this, such as the springs mentioned by others. I use them. I like them.

Would cutting two inches from the stock front spring affect your handling? Yes. For the worse.

Don't lower the front only by cutting the stock coil springs down just for the sake of looks. It's not a good idea. If you lower it, do it front and rear. And with a quality product made for the purpose. But lowering should really be the last thing you do to the suspension.
