hi there i bled the master cylinder back into itself with little hoses, hooked it up and everything was fine. someone on the b.b. says before starting job depress the brake pedal about one and one half inches. prop a stick between the seat and the brake pedal, and it will hold the fluid in the system, i now bleed the whole system till i get new fluid from every bleeder. but be aware this can cause lots of greif. broken bleeders, air in system, and a bad attitude, and more. you may not want to do this without a power bleeder. i learned the hard way. lets see what more experienced brickboarders will suggest. this is my experience. good luck
