I put 140 seats in a 122 a few coon's ages back... they did fit, but a bit tight indeed. Especially the drivers side with the handbrake...I don't remember if I had to sh*t-can the handbrake all together or not.. I know it never worked anyhow, so I might well have.

240 seats are a bit narrower and would fit better... but of course, that ain't what you got.
