steering column rubbing firewall 120-130

the frame is bad!the unibody is hanging from the firewall. if you jack the body up slowly in the front only you will see that the steering shaft will go back into the center of the hole. i have fixed many of those. the inner fenders are most likely rotted away or have been repair without jacking the body into place. just start over while the body is up where it belongs
