The brake line junction block is located on the driver side fender well, down low, just follow the brake lines down from the master cylinder. It has a switch which detect a pressure imbalance in the system. The fault may not be the the junction block though, you may have lost fluid somewhere in the system. Have you checked the level of fluid in the master reservoir?
