finally... but wait. 200

The seat sits on a sheet metal hump welded to the floor. I think the bolt is inserted through the hump from below. So if you remove the seat, lift the carpet and look under the metal hump (access by pulling rear plastic vent tube
) you may be able to retrieve the bolt and push/stick it back in place. You may need a skinny forearm.
