The headlights are unfused. Power comes from the hot (left) side of fuse 7 (GN/R wire) to Relay terminal 30.

With relay energized power comes out terminal 87 (Y wire) to terminal 56 on the fender rail hi/lo relay, then out 56a (Blue) to Lowbeams, 65b (Red) to High beams.

Relay 87a powers fuses 15 & 16 for running lights. (Fuse 15/16 power comes straight from the switch in position 1, before the relay is picked in the Headlight position.)
