Whew! after checking and cleaning all the door grounds, pulling EVERY fuse and searching for a speaker(beeper) of some sort...the noise is gone!

Turns out to be the Seat Belt Relay...it has a little speaker built into the relay itself. Yanked relay, beeping gone.

What the hell, I always wear my belt and insist that everyone that rides with me does as well, so I'm safe.
