Depending on where you live I would look into get it reconditioned, here in Phoenix, AZ there is a place called Hawks discount radiators, and they flush them out weld any leaks and paint them all for about 40 bucks and give you a 30 or 90 day warrenty if you bring them the radiator already out of the car and they are pretty speedy as well, think they only took 2 days or so with my '50 cadillac radiator....
