Sunroof problems 200 1991

I have water coming in both sides of my sunroof. It's just an occasional drip. The rubber gasket is bulging up on the top of the roof unevenly and every time I try to close the sunroof properly it just goes back to the way it is.

Anybody have any hints? It opens and closes correctly. The gears and track are fine. Is there a source for new weatherstripping or gasket?
