I have confirmed that my service manual includes servicing procedures for K-Jetronix on the 140 series. My manual does not include the 160 series, but there is no reason to believe it was not available. The manual series is Autobooks and was printed in England. There is no indication when K-Jet was introduced, just that it replaced D-Jet. In 1974 the FI pump changed (according to the book), so this might be to accommodate the requirements of K-Jet. It is silent about which markets got what, but in general the book does state when things were added e.g. for Californian emission standards.
Have fun...
