Ask IPA who makes 'em.

As for the MTC brand noted in your second post ... that brand's reputation here on the board has been even worse than Scantech, so buyer beware.

Nissens (Denmark) has been mixed - some have experieneced premature leakage. CSF (Indonesia) is reported to fit better nowadays (unlike my older unit), and has been more consistent in their manufacturing.
