I have just aquired a volvo 940 se with a blown engine so i aquired a reconditioned engine and fitted it my selfe the engine that i aquired was from a automatic so i replaced yhe fly weel from the blown manual engine but i canot fined any markins on the flyweel to time it to the flyweel sensor the only thing that is diferent on it is the gap between the round pits around the flyweel tryed that but to no avale have set the front timing two the zero morker on the botom pully and kept it ther with every atempt to set the flyweel timing.after opening the gear box for the fifth time have now reached the point of total frustration can any boddy help please.
