I know this sounds too simple, but have you checked your intake hoses? I mean really checked them closely? If the car runs ok until you push and then can't maintain any power because it's over-rich, I'd bet you have a hose leaking that you haven't found. The elbow from the TB to the Intercooler pipe wears fast if it's the pleated oe style.
