too late to bench bleed m/c? question is here

sorry about the empty post, keyboard fell down.

i installed a rebuilt m/c w/out bench bleeding it.

the brakes seems to need bleeding, too (after bleeding them 3 times).

should i go ahead a bench bleed the m/c while it is installed or should i go ahead and sequentially bleed the brakes instead, or both?
