Replacement Springs--Progressive or Not? 120-130

I say bushings first, unless you are absolutely sure the ones you have are in excellent condition. Think of bushings as the foundation all the rest of the suspension is built on.

Shocks before springs. Higher-rate springs, progressive or not, require upgraded shocks. The originals are not adequate. This is a safety issue.

I'm very pleased with the VPD progressives in my 1800. Note that only the fronts are progressive, while the rears are linear.
