I saw this monstrosity during my daily eBay search for parts. The engine swap looks OK (even with the hood bulge!) but whoever did that to the nose of the car should be shot!

If I were to do a major powertrain chinge, I'd probably use the front clip of the Oldsmobile Alero. Front wheel drive, V8, automatic. This is the setup that Carrol Shelby is putting under his Cobra II's. Everything you ned in one neat package!
