Is there a recommended spot to place jackstands on a 240? 200

In a few days, I am going to replace the front anti-sway bar on my 91 240 sedan with a heavier 23mm bar from a turbo. I also have the replacement blue bushings from IPD for this bar. I'm planning to use the Volvo scissor jack to raise the car so that I can place it on jackstands as recommended by Bentley manual. Is there a recommended place on the suspension or body for placing each jackstand? The jackstands have a flattened u-shape top. Thank you for your advice.
