When was the last tune up? Plugs, cap, rotor, wires, air and fuel filters? How old is the cat? Is the throttle body clean? Have you checked your fuses for corrosion, especially the fuel pump fuses? Does the '87 have the 25amp fuse on the fender under the hood?
