Hello RDUKE, 80 lbs is not high in a 80 degree day. It sounds like you have a restriction, most likely in the oriface. Replace with a variable oriface valve and flush the system out and make sure you add the right amount of oil and then fill with a measured charge. Should take care of the problem. Pauli
