Need a rebuilt ECU computer

I need an ECU, Bosch # 0 280 000 954, Volvo #6-842-448. I want to go direct on a rebuilt one if I can. Can you tell me where to go for this. I want to do this now since it is my last resort before I get out the dynamite. 1995 940 turbo automatic with EGR. Thanks for your help !
