Tilt is the knob on the outboard side, and lumbar adjustment is by screwdriver through a metal grommet about halfway up both sides of each seatback.

I had the seats, both front and back (including the armrest), restuffed and reupholstered in the original pattern, but not using the dirt-magnet waffle stuff, for $500 by a car/boat upholstery shop.
