B20C boat engine 140-160

I would think it wouldn't be too hard, but I don't know for sure. I would assume that the water pump system is different, and maybe the flywheel... but I really don't know.

You would also want to swap the cam out I think. The boat engines are cammed for long stretches at high rpm, which would not be ideal for stop and go automotive applications.

One good thing is that it may well have steel timing gears. Keep them around.
