Replace shocks and struts at the same time? 200 1984

No expert here, but I'd think as long as you're replacing them in pairs(ie:2 rear shocks or 2 Fr. struts) you'd be OK. Last year, I replaced my rear shocks in April. I knew the front struts were also bad, but I waited until September to have them replaced.
