Breaking a Window Regulator

Anyone know of a good way to break a window regulator without signs of doing so?

I know - strange question but I have been having several problems with mine (04 C70) and its been replaced 3 times already - now interrmitent and dealer cant find problem.

I just want to finally break it so they replace the dam thing.
