hi there, on the turbo i would bet the whole thing is shot. i spent alot of time splicing my turbo harness to no avail. when removed for replacement the old harnes was cut open to find ninety percent of the wires bare. also seen the same thing when junkyarding. thats my experience. maybe your harness has allready been replaced?
