Perhaps you misspoke; it is the radio suppression relay and the fan relay that you can swap for each other. They are the same and probably located side by side on the shock tower on your car.

Does the tack "tick" slightly when you are cranking the engine over? If not you might consider replacing the flywheel position sensor.
