02 Sensor? - Help! 700

After repeatedly chasing down the two codes I have (IAC & AMM) I am still lost. After sitting down and reading the chapters of the book (Chilton) I came up with what looks like a burnt blade on the O2 relay. The ground blade.

So, get the voltmeter to begin the test. The book shows the location of the connector to perform the test but I found one pink wire and connector not connected to anything???

I suspect the ECM has been damaged by the O2 sensor and as a result the other two parts are just not responding. The wiring diagram indicates that these three sensors all attach at the main relay.

Any help, anyone!!!!
