The Bilsteins are brand new, and they really made a huge difference, particularly at high speeds. Thanks for you input...right now I have 205/60R15's on the car (stock steel rims), which I bought used just to get me down the road while I rebuilt the suspension. I think I am going to go to 195/60R15's and find a shop w/Hunter balancer (Know any in San Diego...or CA chain stores???). I think the bigger tires have a lot to do with my issue. They were balanced when mounted...but only at slow speed with one spin...it was a used tire shop...they just get you out the door w/minimum effort and price.
My main concern was the visual movement at the top strut bushing I described in the original post.
