Which header pipe do I have? (pic) 200 1989

As was made clear in this thread, I need a new header pipe. I've begun the search for a place from which to order a new one.

So far, FCP Groton appears to be the only parts supplier offering the header pipe. The problem is, I don't know which one I need. On this page, there are at least two pipes that were used in 1989: 840-101 and 731-62-51. I don't know which one my car has, but I need to find out before I place the order.

Here's a picture of my header pipe. I'd really appreciate it if someone would identify which one I have.

I *tentatively* think I need the $100 header pipe with the oxygen sensor located in the pipe, part 731-62-51. I say this because, if you look at the top right of the top picture, you can see that there is a plug or sensor-looking insert in the pipe. I have no idea what it is, but having to guess, I would say that it is the oxygen sensor.

Which pipe do I need? Can I get a header pipe anywhere else besides FCP Groton?
