if you change your oil regularly, then you're already gettign all of the gunk ad buildup out of the engine. If you really want to do your car some good, and it has higher mileage, take out your Bosch injecors, and send them into cruzinperformance.com and for a minimal feel of 15 bucks per injector, they'll restore those injectors to new condition!!!giving you more power!! and that's a statement I'm willing on personally guaranteeing, as I've done this on my 88 325is BMW with 161k miles!
