You bet correctly, this has been discussed numerous times as there are many B234F 16-valve engines that end up in the same predicament. The conversion can be done, it is not bolt-on, some custom parts and a lot of donor parts are needed. Spend some time with the site search engine (RWD and Archives sections) and you'll find everything you want to know.
