I'd spray the 02 sensor threads with PB Blaster for a few days before trying to remove it.
If the cold start injector is leaking, maybe it would hurt the idle. Otherwise, it only injects fuel for a short time at start-up.
Of course check for vacuum leaks all over the place.
If the coolant temperature sensor is sending incorrect messages to the ECU about the coolant temperature, that could affect the idle too.
Dirty throttle body?
Timing?
Seems like there are a million things that could cause idle problems. There could easily be multiple causes all contributing to the problem.
Good luck.
