Bunny,

One thing I forgot to metion, and there may be others, the door release pull handle has a soft plastic plug in the top that pries out and under which is a screw. Remove the screw and you can take the pull block off the lever and remove the plastic frame by sliding the metal lever through the narrow slot in the frame.
