What do you need to install a new camshaft? 140-160

If your just changing the cam in the engine in the car... skip the cam bearings. I the problem is changing the lifters too. New cam=new lifters! Don't forget Iskey pushrods and lifter combo and new springs... Oh and have the head machined to fit the newer springs. John Parker might have springs in the stock diameter.
When I was building my B20 all the Volvo people told me the lifters were NLA. My machine shop called Isky and they had plenty (maybe the same as chevey 350). I used the IPD/Isky torque performance cam and I'm happy. Sometimes I would like a little more top end but I did just towe a MG Midget on a towe dolly 450+ miles at 75mph.
