My pressure line to the power steering keeps leaking, please help! 700

Greetings;

My power steering "pressured line" keeps dripping! It is the smaller of the two bolts that are located on the very bottom of the gear box. The line runs from the gear box back to the side of the pump. The outer rounded portion of the line (where the bolt connects) has a lot of surface rust, however the inside of the connecting surface is clean and still has a new like finish. I have even replaced the copper washers, yet this small area continues to drip leak! And when I start the car up and or turn the wheels the fluid really comes out of this area. The line appears to mesh up fairly well with the washer/connecting surface. Also I snug the bolt. The leak seems to stream down from the top section of the bolt in surface of the line, which in turn starts the annoying dripping.Could I just add some ATF proof rubber washers in addition to the copper washers? Is it possible to get a good line from the junk yard? I know of a few good reputable ones that have the u-pull/payless policy. Also they have quite a few low mileage volvos. This is the only volvo that i have that originates from Maine (rusty), although not too bad but enough to possibly cause my ps to leak! FCP has one for $122.00. Also will my pump be ok, i did not put too much emphasis on turning the wheels and or running the pump dry. Thanks in Advance!

Best Regards
