headlight relay '91 SE? 900 1991

have pretty much narrowed my intermittent low beam failure (high beams always ok) to the headlamp relay, the big double one marked A E on the relay board. volvo tells me it's $118 and i can't find it on any volvo parts website (apparently the se model has a different relay than others or something). anywhere to find harder-to-find volvo parts online, or am i just going to have to swallow this?
