well, you'd also have to change the brake/clutch pedal assemblies out.
Change out the flywheel/clutch, etc.
Might be easier to remove the engine/trans assemblies, split them and reassemble in the transplant car.
do the clutch pedal/brake pedal assemblies and hydraulic lines with the engine out.

clean/paint the engine bay of the transplant car while you're at it.

Figure about 40 hours if it's your first one.
