Warning tone constantly on 700 1986

First place to check would be the overhead courtesy light. These short out inside on a somewhat regular basis. Next place to check would be the light under the hood. The wires to the light under the hood become non-insulated frays instead of insulated wires. Actually, since you hit a bump, and that's when the problem started, I'd probably start there.
