What a total bummer... chicks would so totally dig a Volvo station wagon if not for the floppy door handle :)

Seriously - thanks to all for the replies. I'm relieved that no failure is imminent. If anyone has an estimate of the time to remove and replace the door panel, I'd be grateful. I can do a 940 door panel in a snap. But that's another story.
