buzzing flasher module 200 1991

I have had the same problem some time ago - solution was spinning the fuse. Flasher switch speed depends on voltage (or current?) in the circuit - if you have for example one bulb out, voltage drops, they start blinking faster. Bad contact at the fuse acts the same way - voltage is so low that blinker "ticking" becomes buzzing.
