Yellow Peril - New development, rich again 140-160 1973

Hey Jack,
What you post in is Gringo (more or less)
A Gringo is usually considered to be a North American, which may or may not
include Canadians, likewise may or may not include folks of nonwhite races.
The term is sometimes applied to English-speakers in general and more rarely
to nonhispanic folks who look like North Americans.

What you didn't understand is Silvius'
post which said (in Spanish) "one suffers, but one rejoices."
To which I responded, also in Spanish,
"Right now I am rejoicing in the growth of the grandson.
In 6 months he has learned a lot about mechanics.
Hope carries me along.....
In Romans 8 He tells us that 'We are more than conquerors....'
Greetings,"

I did replace the hose to the manifold air pressure sensor and it might
be an inch and a half shorter than it was but I can't imagine that that
would cause the problems we are seeing, to wit:
Sometimes it doesn't inject at all. When it does, it injects WAY too much.
We have replaced the FI wiring harness complete with a better-looking one.
I am thinking that the computer - cable connection may have a problem or two
and one of my next efforts will be to see what I can do to make the connector
bite the board a little tighter. I'm also going back to the manuals AGAIN.

I certainly hope that future FI systems are less complex and have fewer
expen$ive components.
