The throttle body will become dirty due to oil vapors, not fuel vapors, so cleaning it is essential regardless of the fuel used.

You might be pleasantly surprised by running a bottle of fuel injection cleaner through the tank: they do work to reduce injector and valve stem deposits. Your tickover won't change, but fuel economy will go up.
