760 turbo intercooler

It could just be a leak in the vacuum line from intake manifold to turbo gauge.

Try disconnecting line at manifold and see if you maintain a vacuum on it while someone checks the gauge to see if it moves. ahem...I clean off the end of the line and hold a vacuum with my tongue but you can decide how to want to do this. ;)
