40 years of rust... 120-130

The screws that hold the motor to the mount have rattled loose over the years, and there's no way to get to them without taking off the fan itself.

Now a follow-up question, once I've had a closer look at the motor, would be where to find a replacement besides an used one off of eBay or other forum.
