I was just wondering what causes various reading during emissions testing?
I will be MS'ing my car soon and I would really like to tune it to pass CA emissions without having to pull the entire system(the wiring will be almost totally stock so I think I can get the MS unit past the tech).
For example: I think that high HC levels would be caused by running rich, is this correct?
What other causes are there for high HC, %CO, and NO readings?
