Do you know the size of the transmission tunnel in the 122? I could take some measurements for you and we could figure out just where you'd be hitting. If you're really hardcore you could either shape a new tunnel or hammer yours into shape =) Even if you don't plan on doing any engine upgrading I'd e plenty happy to have the added strength of the T5 not to mention you can get them in tons of combinations.
