low-beams not working...HELP 700

Most likely a bad relay. If memory serves, it is second from the left, front row,(closest to ashtray) in the relay panel behind the ash tray. Should be marked with the letter "K". This is the relay that powers the lights when the key is switched on. See the FAQ for more info.
